Kitchen Team

Positions include wok, cold-dish, dim sum and kitchen assistant roles across Chinese (Jiangzhe) and Thai cuisine. We value traditional technique and ingredient quality, and welcome candidates with a genuine passion for cooking and a craftsman’s mindset.

Service Team

Positions include restaurant manager, management trainee, captain and service staff. The role is responsible for high-quality on-the-floor hospitality, and suits those who are personable, communicative, and enthusiastic about the restaurant industry.

Administration & Operations

Positions include administrative assistant, purchasing, dishwashing/cleaning, and part-time roles. The team safeguards daily operations and a clean dining environment — the steady backbone behind a smoothly running restaurant.
